Broken product retruend twice and cant get a credit or my money back!

I purchased the most expensive humidifier to return it a week later for leaking all over my furniture R1400! I received another one and it did the exact same thing ! When I returned it again at my earliest convenience which was just over a week later I was told another customer had just been there before me with the same issue and that they had many complaints about the exact same humidifier

When I requested to rather get my money back I was told they had to send it in for repairs as it was longer than 7 days! Inconveniencing the customer to return a product not once but twice and then to get told this is not on dischem ! People do work for a living I cant just up and come to dischem when it pleases them to return a product for the second time! this all happened within space of two weeks!

And for a product that has had so many come backs if the supplier doesn't want to credit you that's not my problem! that your fight dischem to have with your supplier.
