Booking System that does not work and Staff not helpful

I booked online for my babies immunization and received a confirmation that my booking has been received. When i called in the morning, i was told my booking is not on their diary and i must make a booking for the next week. What is the point of having an online booking system that does not work???? The lady who was helping me on the phone was not helpful at all.
