Beyond poor bad service dischem Jean crossing centurion

We came to dischem Jean crossing Friday 22 2022 and it was closed the the people who where working there didn't even bother to tell us to make an appointment after we told them we will come back the following day, today we came here at 10:00 and we are being told we should have made an appointment a day before, so we where are to wait from 10 until 13:00 for us to see the nurse because there are people who made appointments, why couldn't the people we saw a day before tell us to make an appointment, total utter nonsense, this beyond poor service, I peal to management of dischem come see how people coming to the clinic are being treated, people also check the camera for Friday around 16:50 to 17:10 so so called people who are suppose to be helping people where just standing there not giving proper advice on what to do when the clinic is closed for such a big company giving poor ******* service, this so called people making us to wait don't know the nature of our visit butt we are made to wait for so many hours, when we arrived here there was only 1 couple inside consultation, after that we had to wait for some many people that came after us to be helped.
