Beware of call centre calls re medication

I received a call from Dischem last week informing me that our medication was ready for collection at Dischem. I informed the lady that I did not need medication at present and she went on to say that I could collect it within the next 10 days. 2 days later I receive an email from Discovery saying that an amount had come off my medical savings for medication from Dischem!! I went to Dischem today - I stood in a queue approximately 18 people long with 2 functioning tellers and after 20 minutes finally got to the teller. When I asked why the money had come off my account when I had not even collected the meds, she said it was the call centre that did it and that she would reverse it. No apology or acknowledgement of error - could not explain how they can take money from my medical savings without my signature! I just wonder how many other people who aren't vigilant about what goes off their medical savings are being **********!!!
