Benefit points allocation terrible!!!

<p>It's been 4 months now that I am struggling with the Multiply points allocation. My December statement shows that Dischem owed me R323. They gave me R86?? Now how is this possible. Dischem Highveld Mall only say that they will phone head office but nothing is happening. I wrote a complain in the store in a book. Nobody comes back to me. What the heck is going on with Dischem. Can the people please wake up and do their jobs properly. They are *****ing my money!!!!!</p>
