Benefit Points

On the 22nd July 2018 (13:20 ), I filled up petrol in Total Boschkop at was told they do not take Dischem cards. I was then told that I must take my slip to the nearest Dischem to claim my points. However, when i got to Dischem in Jean Crossing i was told they cant load the points.

I cant lose points worth R 552.84 . Kindly assist in loading the points as it is what you advertise.
