Being ignored when asking for a refund

I ordered online and noticed there were items missing when it got delivered. I sent an email and tried calling numerous times regarding my refund. Juan rep**** on the 24th of April that my refund is being processed. To date, I still haven't received anything. My emails are being ignored and when I phone the call centre, the call gets dropped. On Facebook they keep saying someone will be in touch but no-one calls me. This is utterly disgusting to have to struggle like this to get a refund back. Especially during this time when people are getting salary cuts and you need every little bit to support your family. Dischem just takes your money and you have to hound them to get it back. It's MY money. Why do I have to beg for it?
