being fooled

Good day,<br> <br> On Friday, the 27th March, I called Dischem Johannesburg Parkstation looking for a vitamin powder called Maca, I spoke to a lady who said she is Isabel and she went to check the product I was looking for and she found 2 and I instructed her to keep them both for me as it was late for me to fetch them since I was calling from Krugersdorp. I requested her to mark my parcel Vuyi as I will send someone to collect it Saturday morning. She said she wont be available on Sat so we will request for Maria.<br> A colleague of mine went to fetch the parcel on Saturday of which she was told that they don't have persons/ employees by those names and also they don't have the Maca powder....Really!!!<br> I am surprised because I called this number *** and I asked is it Dischem Parkstation and the lady said yes. this happened between 15:00 and 16:00.
