Be careful when placing script orders via dischem medical insurance app!

I placed an order via the Dischem Health app, for my mom's chronic medication. I selected NO, when asked if the pharmacy can replace her meds with generic ones. What happens she gets generic meds. I called the pharmacy and Sumaya advises (by implying the route of my request goes via the call centre and the pharmacy cannot be held liable for them prescribing generics) i should call or email the pharmacy directly! So in addition to having to pay in (member liable costs) i must waste my airtime to call the pharmacy to not get generics! If the pharmacists gets a script with the exact names of the meds required WHY DO YOUR OWN THING! IF YOU KNOW THE ORDERING VIA THE APP(CALL CENTRE) IS NOT RELIABLE WHY NOT FIX THIS PROBLEM!
