Be careful of DeliveryD, you might pay and never get your order

I placed a DeliveryD order yesterday morning with Dischem East Rand Retail Park. Everything was going just fine until it came to delivery. At the time of delivery, the driver did try to phone me, but I was in a meeting, so was unable to take the call. The next thing I see on the app is, ORDER RETURNED. I had had deliveries to that address twice before, so it couldn't have been an address problem. I tried to WhatsApp the driver (the only form of communication the app allows) but he didn't bother to respond.

On the DeliveryD app there is absolutely no way to query an order. Well, none that I could find. Interestingly enough, the lady sitting NEXT to me in the meeting had also placed a DeliveryD order and hers was delivered just fine. When the driver could'nt reach her by phone, he made the effort to WhatsApp her.

What REALLY makes me mad is that when I checked the app this morning, intending to follow-up on the order, suddenly there was no trace of my order on the app anymore!! Did Bash (the delivery partner of Dischem) just decide that in order to maintain delivery conformance, they would simply delete the order??? No reattempt to deliver, nothing.

So what now?? Did I just pay Dischem R300 odd just to not get anything for it?? Money down the drain?

Unacceptable! You would never get this kind of service from Sixty60!
