Battle over a 100 birthday voucher

So, Dischem, I have been a loyalty card member for at least the last 10 years since inception, with a POWA card. I spend at least R5000 a month at your various stores. Now, I should have received a spa voucher in September, which is my Birthday month. I tried resolving the issue at your Strubens Valley branch and spoke to Monique, who changed my card from the old POWA card to the new foundations card stating the age of the card. However did I get my voucher from her, absolutely not. Still waiting for her to get back to me... I tried the care line and chatted with Sophy. She tells me that I have been a member since September only, as a result will get my birthday voucher next year. HaHa big joke Dischem. So, let me get this straight, on the one hand my card was so old it needed changing and on the other hand, Sophy, according to what she saw, tells me I have only been registered since September. What a ***** up. Quit the **** and send me the voucher I should have got.
