Barcode issue

This morning I went to Dischem Claremont to do my monthly shopping. On the shelf I saw the Epiwash face wash for R36,95 and took 2 bottles. When I got to the cash desk the cashier scanned it and it came up for R44,95. She went with me and she saw that the stock was placed underneath the barcode that says R36,95. She then Called the till supervisor, Kashiefa and she refused to give it to me for that price as she said that there was a barcode for next to it for R44,95. It's not my problem that the staff packed the stock in the incorrect place! Then later the evening I checked the packet and saw that there was only 1 Epiwash in my packet and I was charged for 2!!! It was too late to call as they were already closed. I was so upset leaving that store then I still get charged for 2 and only 1 was in my packet. Please contact me soonest as I am not coming to that store again to collect my Epiwash.
