Bar Code Not On System

Went into Mall@Carnival Branch to purchase perfume which was less 25% only on 29th December 2018. Only to be told cannot purchase it because bar code wasn't on their system. Was given a rain check to collect once sorted out. No word from them so called them on 2nd January to be told is sorted out can come and collect they could have delivered. I decided to call Head Office and spoke to Verona as I felt the branch hadn't done enough to sort it out properly. Phoned again on 3rd January Dealt with Nadia Cosmetics Manager not very helpful and a bit of an attitude. Contacted Verona at Head Office and she instructed the branch to deliver it to me. Still hasn't been delivered and shouldn't be customers problem if Bar codes aren't on the system. Very disappointed in this episode.
