Bad to worse service

I bought a pack of dischem brand paracetamol and I found a strand of hair in one of the pill. I took it back to dischem soshanguve crossing on 2 Sep 2023 when I went to collect my online order. The manager gave me a new pack of paracetamol. This morning 4 Sep when I open the box because I woke up with a headache, I realise the box isn't full. They only gave me 10 pills instead of a full box of 20 pills. This is unacceptable! Wasn't I supposed to get a full box? The full product?
