Bad srvice

Dis-chem Wonderboom junction can be very unprofessional at times, most of the time when you call, you hold for more than half an hour, then you get cut off and have to call again. When you ask the person on the other end of the line for a name, they refuse to give you a name. There is only one person at the dispensary who know the system, if she's off sick or on leave its very difficult to get help at the dispensary. One time I called and a floor manager "apparently", helped me, at one point she just stopped talking to me, I could here her speaking to her colleagues in the background. I was holding for an hour, after which I used another phone to call Dis-chem Wonderboom Junction, while I was still on the line with my phone, when I ask the lady her name, she refused to give me her name. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told she is the floor manager. I had to call Back the next day to put an order in. They have very bad service
