Bad services from Dischem

I have been waiting for my chronic medication repeats since October. I called their contact center or contact numbers twice, spoke to 2 different women who promised to send an email to Dischem Jabulani Mall and copy me on the email but nothing has materialized.

I’m so irritated as now I have to go to the store and find out why I’m not receiving my medication as they also took my prescription letter😡😡😡
