Bad service Woodlands Dis-Chem Baby City

Typically Dis-Chem has exceptional service and I love shopping at any Dis-Chem, your Baby City Woodlands is bringing down the standards where the team simply doesn't seem to want to work.

When engaging with staff about using a online gift card I was told that it can only be used online and not in-store, to then be told it can be used in-store, I was also trying to exchange something I had bought online and was told that it couldn't be exchanged in store because it was an online purchase, then I was told that it can be exchanged.

I'm also 8 months pregnant and you would think 1 of the staff members would be of any assistance, but no one had any interest or care in assisting me beyond saying it can't be done before getting the correct information.

Again, this isn't the quality that I've grown to know and love from Dis-Chem.

I would recommend sending in secret shoppers and really assessing the situation there, because it's bringing down your name and brand
