Bad service, packaging and health risk

I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed with the service offered and received by Dis-Chem Cape Gate I placed an order at 14:42 today (25 October 2023) for specific medication and got a completely wrong. It doesn’t have to matter if it’s over the counter medication or self prescribed medication; a mistake like this could cost people’s lives and it really doesn’t help to state your delivery time is 60min when it took you a whole 2 hours to deliver medication only to get it ****en wrong this is not on at all. These actions need to be corrected and staff training on packaging, labelling need to be in-forced or hire staff that handles online orders specifically cause this is honestly bull****.
