Bad service _ *** for Order #***

I'm very disappointed with the level of service I have received from dischem, I bought 4 packs of nappies for R359, they are now telling me that they have made a mistake, is my fault for their so called pricing error or theirs? I'm the customer here and my rights are not considered. This will not stop here I will fight for my rights
