Bad service from the front line

they don't even deserve a rating , I called earlier and spoke to the lady at the switchboard , i want to order I'm based in in Illovo , she picked the phone and transferred me to the relevant department , unfortunately their line was busy , i called the switchboard and the lady keeps on disconnecting my number . That's a very bad behavior , she doesn't have the right to hang up my line , i called dichem with my own airtime and i don't understand if the relevant department is busy why cant she take down my details as they usually do. Im extremely disappointed bad service given by the person who suppose to the voice of store because she sitting at the switchboard . Finally after 2 hours someone decided to my number ( Dineo from the clinic) and she assisted . I have logged a call with dischem care : ***
