Bad Service from the clinic Nurse

I am disappointed at the New Nurse/Sister at Dischem Clinic at Westgate Mall i dont know her Name and nobody seem to know her name because she's new. Well my husband called for an appointment at 16.30 n told the sister we are bringing twins for 6 months, When we got there it was around 16:50 it was closed and thy called her from the back she then told us we are late and she already closed n left we said but we are 30 minutes late n we stay far n she told us that she threw away stock n thrs no way she will open for 2 people because that is waste of time and she already recorded n threw today's stock. We asked her When should we come she just said next week Wednesday then we asked for her number so that we can confirm before we come she refused saying she wont give us her personal number we shud call to like everyone else through the dispensery then then thy will call her then we left disappointed that we came for nothing in rainy weather. We went back this Wednesday we found the doors closed with a note that said people should go to Craddlestone because she's is not available we tried calling the dispensary on Tuesday but it didn't go through so we couldn't confirm. The lady who was helping us told us she is on leave thy don't know for how many days. I mean it was rude of her to not let us knw because we left her our personal number we waisted our money going the for the second time and she treated us like we are not paying customers. We are not happy about her services ??such a disappointment
