BAD SERVICE FROM STAFF AND LIES

I have always bought my Catrice foundation from Dis chem. I then found that they did not have my colour so I enquired and was told to come back nect week, wich I did for the next 5 weeks, and was always given an excuse. I organised for 2 bottles to be brought from another branch, wich only one arrived. The ladys in the cosmetic department never get back to you and I have had occasions where they had a discusting attitude, they clearly do not want to do there work. I went in again and over a week later I am still waitinf 9 days later to get feed back, I was meant to get a call 7 days ago. I get told a range of excuses from they don't make that colour anymore to we have a problem with supplier to we out of stock, always an excuse. I asked if they could bring up from another branch, they were not wanting to help and said they will call me back, wich they never do. I am highly discusted in the service from dis Chem and would rather now go to another store for all my shopping. They also fail to call me back to notify me of when they will have my shade in stock. I am discusted in the service, attitude of employees, that I never get feed back, and the lies.
