Bad service from Dischem Toti and Westwood

I am writing this review on service we receiving from Dischem as a group. They are encouraging us to use an app to avoid standing in long queues. It quite strange they are not even checking the app as they promise order will be ready in two hours. It get more complicated when they don't even answer their phones. Head office and their branches. They have such a bad pathetically service.

Saturday I placed an order on their app. Monday later I got a message that they were picking up my order in Toti branch. They called to inform that they having stock issues in other lines . Then that was the last communication. Tuesday I had to phone (luckily they answered) and I complained then my order was finalized incomplete. I had to re-order from Westwood which is 21km away from my location. It such a disgrace that they still picking up a script with 7 lines as from yesterday I got a picking up message . I haven't received any communication in until now .

I believe they can read it all covid medication that they delaying while we as a country trying to fight this virus. Never been ignored and delayed as such in mylife . I'm very disappointed in Dischem. Up until now yesterday I am waiting for Westwood to finalize my order . NB according to their app it takes 2 hours . 42 km fuel was wasted to Westwood to get an order which was not ready .
