Bad service from Dischem Benmore Dispensary

Placed an order for medication via email,I called several times to receive confirmation of order and delivery time no one could provide details. A lady by the name of Celeste was the one who told me to place an order via email and when I spoke to her she neglected to mention they are having problems with their email. An hour and half later when i finally called customer service and complaint,she calls me and mention they are having problems with their email. They were recommended by a colleague for their service but sadly I did not have that experience.
