Bad service from Dis-Chem Parow Manager

I had a really bad experience today at Dis-Chem Parow Centre. I bought a heater a month ago and it stopped working. I tried to return it but they DID NOT want to help, including the store manager. I have been a Dis-Chem customer for years and i habe never been so disappointed as I am today.
