Bad Service from Customer Service Staff @Sea Point Dischem

We have been communicating with Megan at Sea Point Dischem for months to confirm that loyalty points do not expire and now all of a sudden they expired. You would think they train staff who are the customer service counter staff correctly.

But now we see they do not and give false information to clients.
