Bad service Flamingo Shopping center

I placed an order on 26 March 2025 under order no ***. There was a missing item Gold + Liposomal Vitamin C 30's x3 which I was told it was out of stock and would be ordered from the head office. I have been following up with the store however still no assistance. I followed up again and they offered to replace the items with Phytoceutics Bio Vit C Liposomal 30's which I agreed. I asked if this would be resolved the same day as this issue has been outstanding for 5 months but the store just went quiet afterwards. I'm escalating this issues to know if it will be ever resolved or what needs to happen. I'm highly disappointed on how this matter is being handled. I need to understand why Dischem would advertise an item online that they don't have stock of and why they haven't resolved it in a timely manner.
