Bad Service - Festival Mall

I went to Dis-Chem based in Festival mall on Saturday and I swiped my Dis-Chem card.

As I was about leave the store, I checked my receipt and saw that my points were not reflecting. I went to the customer service desk and asked what could be the reason and the told me that the till I paid at had issues (Meaning they know about the issue, but the sales person was suppose to tell you). I asked why was I not told that and what would have happened to my points if I did not check my receipt. The lady just said I will have to load them for you just like that. (with no care in the world). I also asked her "how many people missed out on their points due to this issue" and they just laughed it off.

The service there is poor and they have no regard for customers. Today I am still waiting for my points to be loaded.
