BAD SERVICE

Last month on the 26th of November I went to Dischem at the Mall of the South, to buy make-up as I have been saving for the Black Friday special I was assisted by sales reps and si asked her to assist me with the foundation that would match my skin color, she did help and I used other products and only decided to use my foundation recently because I was finishing off the one I bought last year, after applying the foundation I bought last month I realized that it does not match my skin like I was greyish after applying it, I then decided to go back to Dischem last week Thursday and complain but I wasn't assisted instead the store manager Kenny had the nerve to tell me that the promotion is over and I have opened the product, therefore there is nothing that can be done to my surprise what was the whole point of me Buying the foundation to use or decorate with it, I didn't like his tone and attitude at all, I would like this matter to be dealt with accordingly, I am a customer expecting good service as I pay, I have never received such service before to your store I was shocked to learn such thing
