Bad service

This is the 3rd time that my medication is short. I have the service of prepacked meds for collection. Again the one medication is 2 tablets short. I have given up as they make out I am a ********. They can never find out what happened. Why must I phone every time and drive all the way again because they made another mistake. Sick of it.
