BAD SERVICE EVER

Dis-Chem Mams mall, disappointed me in the most possible way, Yesterday I called the dispensary department to inquire about the pricing and availability for my prescribed pills, they confirmed the price and advised that they are open till 7mp. I confirmed with them that I will be there before they close. When I got there I was told that the prescribed pills are not in stock and they said they don't usually order them, because they don't have customers who buys those pills, I was so irritated that they didn't warn me over the phone before I got there, and they were so rude and told me about their conditions and didn't even apologies for the inconvenience caused.
