BAD SERVICE

On Sunday the 28th of March 2021 I had the pleasure or should I rather say the dubious pleasure to experience the worst customer service I have ever experienced in a Dischem at the Middelburg branch at teller no 6. Clearly the lady was just there to receive her paycheck at the end of the month and had no care about customer service or any assistance at all. She was more interested in talking to her co-workers not realising that we actually was understanding her language, play with a piece of paper and blatantly ignored us standing in front of her and then when she eventually decided to assist she was doing a slow strike in ringing up our purchases. When she did address us it was with utter disdain. She did not even asked if I had a Dischem card Well lady you have just cost Dischem a loyal customer that has spent quite a bit of money at Dischem over the years. I am taking my business elsewhere and you may laugh and say ag that does not matter she is only one person, at the end all the one persons that boycott Dischem makes up a lot of money and when you lose your job don't cry and whine, you have brought this on yourself
