Bad Service Dischem Woodlands

For the last 2 years I send my chronic prescription electronically to Dischem Woodlands, as I received it from my doctor. Today I submitted my new prescription and I was informed that it is invalid due to the fact the doctor did not sign the script. But this is electronic script. Had to request signed script from doctor. Did the rules change or what? 2 weeks ago had to go to another pharmacy as well, because the Dischem in Woodlands did not all the medicine on the script that was from a doctor, My daughter got hurt at school and we had to get certain medication. THe pharmacist did not even try to assist or recommend something else. We had to go to a totally different pharmacy to get the meds.
