Bad Service!!!!! Dischem Promenade!!!!!

Today I received BAD SERVICE from Dischem Promenade. I called the store to confirm if I could use multiple wi codes on one transaction and the lady I spoke to Tania confirmed that I could do this. When I arrived at the store and ready to make my purchase I was told that I could not use multiple wi codes after the cashier struggled to load them. The manager on duty also tried and said that you can only use one code. I then explained that I called the store before I came to purchase the goods. The manager then spoke to Tania who confirmed that she was able to use multiple wi codes for a customer just last week. He then came back to me and just casually said there is nothing else the can do for me even though I was the one who was inconvenienced. Not even an attempt to compensate the customer for coming all the way to the store after one of the staff confirmed that I won't have an issue. Pathetic Service!!! If it was Clicks I'm sure the outcome would have been so different.
