Bad service - dischem online services

I have bought medication online since it was not available in store, ( order number : *** ) I place my order on the 1st of April , then it showed that the order will be handled by dischem savannah mall , which I was happy since I’m in a Tzaneen which 100 km from savanna mall ( Polokwane ) I paid extra R150 delivery fee which was expensive compared to the service that I’m receiving . Since Monday I have been calling savanna mall enquiring about the order as on my status it shows that it is with the courier . Todate I haven’t received my medication or any update And I urgently need my medication or alternatives my refund courier fee so that I can drive to Polokwane and collect since dischem online services is failing me
