Bad Service Dischem mall of the South

Went to the mall of the South Dischem last week for vaccination row was not too long but the lady told me they only do bookings.

Got my SMS end last week that confirmed I had a booking today 10 August at Mall of the South between 2 and 4. Got to the same site and got told that they don't do bookings just walk ins...?
