Bad Service Dischem Cresta Mall

I went to collect my medication at Dischem Cresta Mall yesterday as i received a WhatsApp saying that the medication was ready to collect. I was waiting for so long to get assistance, rang the service bell over and over but no one came to assist. Your service is horrible.
