BAD SERVICE DELIVERY FROM DISPENSARY

Email them on 5 Nov asking for print out for all 3 of our family members's co payments for SARS. No reply. WhatsApp them on 9 Nov. Received a small print out. I WA them again stating its incorrect. Read but NO reply. Called them and enquire about the print out. They told me the print out will have a medical aid number on it and they will send the other print out for the other family members. Did not receive anything. WA them again asking for which patient the small print out was as there were no name or medical aid number on it. Read but NO reply. Called them again on 9 Nov. No answer. WA again asking if there phone lines were out of order. Read but NO reply. WA them again asking for the print out on 10 Nov. Read but NO reply. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE EVER.
