Bad service

Not happy with what's is happening with regards to the dis-chem loyalty program It's not the first time that the points or money value disappears like I was using it. 21/6/2023 I went to strubensvalley and wanted to use my points but the supervisor informed me the loyalty programs has issues.I payed cash and left Wanting to use it 23/6/2023 I realised my point or money has been used by whom I don't know and this is not th first time
