Bad service

On 15/12/2020 knysna branch dischem i took a product from the shelf because I see a good price but I was surprised when I reach pay point because the price way higher than the price on the shelf price. And info till operator she contacted her supervisor to go investigate, she come back and saw what I saw on the shelf each label and she escalated my query to the store manager. Store manager was handling my case now, gues what her attitude she got 0% custom care, she doesn't care about customers. She was extremely rude to me in front of everyone as a customer. Instead of trying to reach out to me she blame us customers for putting products at the wrong place, to my surprise all the products where neatly fully packed in front of the shelf each label on the shelf. I asked her about dischem policies regarding the situation were shelf price doesn't corresponding with tills prices. Her response was "dischem policy is very clear I must take the product with till price or I must just leave it" and I was shocked so it means that dischem doesn't care about us as customers. This is not the kind of attitude we are expecting from a big retailers like dischem were we spend our hard earned money. Extremely bad service and from the whole store manager not willing to help customers at all is very bad for business and it makes me feel not welcome in the dischem stores anymore.
