Bad service

I was at dischem in Lakeside yesterday. I was assisted by a lady named busisiwe nkosi. I don't know if the company doesn't take their staff members for customer service training. She was just so rude she didn't want to hear me out. I wanted vitamins, she didn't even want to know which vitamins i wanted, she told me straight that i must go to the shelves and look for vitamins as they did not sell vitamins at the pharmacy, mind you I've bought these vitamins at the pharmacy before, i dont know if she judges customers by their work uniform or what, she said "all vitamins are on the shelves go and fetch them there and come back here if you are paying by medical aid. I then repeatedly told her that the vitamins i want are at the pharmacy but she insisted that they dont sell vitamins at the pharmacy, i then felt like it was my responsibility as the customer to teach her, her job as she clearly doesn't know her stock or job honestly. After i insisted that iv bought multiple times at the pharmacy for these particular vitamins she then asked for my diachem card to check, she then went to tell me that these vitamins that was being sold to me and not to be sold to customers, why would a company stock up on items that are not to be sold, she later said the vitamins are sold only to medical aid customers, mind you she had told me that if im paying by medical aid i must go fetch the vitamins on the shelves then come back to the pharmacy, does this lady know her duties really or is she just a visitor at the pharmacy with such attitude, how do we even trust her to give us the right medication if she is this lost. She then made it feel like the people who had sold me these vitamins before were committing a crimes, she insisted that only one person sold this to me, i then AGAIN!!! has to teach her, her job and give names of different people who assisted me before with the vitamins. Do i really have to go through such irritating terrible attitude to get vitamins at dischem benoni. She then went on to tell me that vitamins c was out of stock, how do i trust that she is honest or just lazy to go look for those vitamins. Its said that to get proper service it seems i must be choosy of who i am assisted by at your store. She was so irritated after i insisted. Bad unspeakable service i received in your store. I expect a copy of the disciplinary acrion taken against this employee. Because if this is how you operate i might as well go to another pharmacy.
