Bad service

I am a member of the,Dischem Health insurance. There,after sale service is very bad. I have been struggling with a refund size beginning February. Have send3 email and numerous,calls with no success. I was told on 1 March 2024 a senior person will call me asap today is the 4th and I am still waiting. My policy number is,KH48276
