Bad Service

I use a certain product which I battle to find. Dischem stock it. I went to the pharmacy on Sunday to get a new months supply and I was told they were out of stock. I was advised that the pharmacy would place an order and let me know on Monday as to when they would receive the stock. I did not hear anything so I called late yesterday. I was asked to leave a message for the pharmacist I had dealt with on Sunday as nobody could assist me. I spoke to the pharmacist this morning and was advised they were unable to see on their systems whether stock had been ordered or not but that she would try and find out. I have not heard anything and it is now late Tuesday. This is not the first time I have started experiencing bad service from Dischem. I moved from Clicks to Dischem for the same reason but now it seems I need to find another supplier for my medication.
