Bad service

Went to Dischem Cresta mall branch" saw umbrella with Price attached to it R32.99 when I got to the till it scanned R249.00 I was like no I want it with the price that price which is attached to it" thy refused to sell it with that price tag" the manager & the staff" I sent their customer service to report this issue" still no help from them" I'm really disappointed that in South Africa still some stores that don't know the CPA act
