Bad service

I bought a Phillips shaver about 4 to 5 months ago and it has fallen apart after opening the head to remove the shaved hair I took it into dischem Morningside With the original box, but unfortunatly l never kept the slip, The said it has to go back to Phillips and gave me the number for Phillips and Phillips said they must contact them to pick up the shaver. If this shaver is so bad that it falls apart after 5 or 6 months dischem should stand by their products. This is very bad service both fron dischem and Phillips
