Bad Service & Attitude

On the morning of 27 June I went in to purchase contact lense solution. I was told by an assistant in the isle that they did not receive stock and I must ask for a rain check at the front desk. I proceeded to do this and while the front desk assistant was writing this out another lady came through and said this is not allowed. They will get from the Pavillion or The Pearls. I told her that I had been to The Pearls on 26 June and they too had not received stock. She was adamant that they had stock as it showed on her system. She then proceeded to call the Pavilion branch only to realise that they were not open as it was before 9am. She then in a rude manner said she will call me in the day regarding this product. I then told her that all the staff needed to align on the policies as she and the isle assistant were not on the same page. She was rude and arrogant and did not even bother to listen to me. I told her this bad service and she said “Ok”. At the end of today I still have not received a call regarding the product.
