BAD SERVICE AT PAYPOINT

02 Aug 2020, 19:07 Bad Service at pay point I went to your store in Cresta Shopping Centre today the 02/08/2020 and the service was disgusting. I did my shopping and went to the pay point. One of the items that i took was a eyebrow pencil and I didn’t know the price as there was no price on the aisle i found it from. When the teller scanned and I realized that it’s too pricey i told her I’m not taking it. Her name is Shandrè ,She then called someone to void then while waiting she tells me I should’ve asked her the price before she rang everything up with an attitude. She went back and forth with me as if i as a CUSTOMER don’t have the right to change my mind. The lady came and she heard what transpired, this teller then argued with her manager in-front of me when she reprimanded her. I always buy at Dis-chem and for many years I’ve never felt disrespected by your staff member.
