Bad service at discheme at cresta mall

I ordered goods online and requested for goods to be delivered at discheme in cresta and I will collect when I go to work during office rotation . I called discheme in cresta to alert them that I am running 5mins late is ok to still come through. The lady said yes she will take out my order in the mean time. When I got there, the lady was not around only the manager and the manager told me to come back tomorrow or cancel the order online even though I told him I stay far in vaal and in need of the products. I got online and there was nowhere to cancel the order.
