Bad service at DISCHEM SPRINGS MALL

Dischem come up with a great idea and encourages us to order our prescription online so that when we get to the store and collect, however when I went go collect my prescription at Dischem Springs Mall and I had to wait for over 20 minutes. I was the only one at the collection counter, rang the bell four times and no one came to assist. The staff walked past without even acknowledging me. The ladies at the prescription counter spoke among themselves in zulu saying they won't come assist me I'm must come que at the prescription counter. I then asked the security to call the manager. The dispensary manager eventually shows up, tells me they didn't hear the the bell and said but the staff can see me standing there. Then she says they are busy, so had I not called for the manager no one would have attended me yet I received and sms stating I must go collect my pre-packaged order at the collections counter. So ask why is there a collection counter if there is no one to manage the counter. On top of that the order is incorrect, I ordered 60 tablets and they packaged 30 tablets, I then have to wait for the manager to look if they don't have more tablets and unfortunately nothing. So now I must come back again to collect and mind you I was here a week ago and again I had to wait even though there was no que at the prescription counter nor the self-medication counter. The staff were chatting away. The manager then assured me that they will deliver the outstanding tablets. I'm not impressed to spend almost an hour in one store when I was just meant to collect an order.
