Bad service at dischem Krugersdorp OTC department

Yesterday it was the second time receiving bad service from a guy named Tebogo at dischem president hyper Krugersdorp at OTC department. That guy has a stinking attitude he is unfriendly,he doesn't greet nor say thank u.Yesterday I collected my meds there was no levy that I was supposed to pay as I confirmed when I ordered on WhatsApp,without explaining he put my meds on a cage I had to stood in the que to the cashiers and when I eventually got there the levy was only 2 cent ,the cashier said i can leave. After standing in the que for so long. I'm really disappointed I have been a loyal customer at dischem Krugersdorp for so long. Even the cashiers said they know him he has attitude I'm not the first customer to complain about him.Can the management please deal with this issue accordingly.
